Role: Lead Tour Producer
Led overall operations for pre-production and on-site activation. Managed our tour team (12-15), client relations, internal production, technical, venue and vendor relationships. Conducted site visits, built out production documents and staff training manual. Oversaw load in, activation and load out.

Goals: Grow with Google launched the Library tour in order to bring additional resources and support to more local communities by teaming up with libraries all across the country to help ensure that economic opportunity exists for everyone, everywhere.
The activation hosted in-person workshops for job seekers, small businesses, librarians and nonprofit leaders. Across the country communities joined us at their local libraries to learn digital skills, from online marketing tips to how to use a spreadsheet. The mission was to help people across the U.S. get the skills they need to grow their careers and businesses, while working with nonprofit partners and libraries to make it possible.
