All In: The Fight for Democracy
To launch this documentary film starring Stacey Abrams, focused on the history of voter suppression, we set out to create a movement, driving momentum around the film and the fight for voting rights. Our national campaign featured artist-commissioned artwork on posters, digital, and OOH. We also sent 5 tour buses to 55 locations in 18 states for voter registration events and film screenings, garnering over 300M impressions. This program was successfully planned and executed in mere weeks, adhering to strict safety protocol in the midst of a global pandemic.
Role: Senior Producer
Location: All over the United States
Goal: Create widespread awareness and increase audience numbers for “All In”. Fulfill the filmmaker’s mission to educate and empower disenfranchised votes and get people out to vote!
Led all of the logistics and location scouting for a series of 21 outdoor pop-up movie screenings and 55 voter registration events. Managed the bus re-skinning, onsite staffing, venues and logistics.
The campaign was a huge success – both in terms of the deep support felt in the activations in vulnerable communities and in terms of the enormous scope that was achieved online. The campaign delivered 300 million impressions and generated $ 1.3 million in additional earned media value. 125,000 people get involved in our online voting center – register to vote, request ballot papers and volunteer.
