Role: Lead Producer

Managed various teams including Creative Production, Technical Production, Fabrication, F&B, Venue and Logistics.

Day to day focus on Internal Project Management, Creative Production (fabrication, decor, signage, activations) and Technical Production (Staging, and Lighting).

Budget build out, tracking and reconciliation. .

Onsite execution included managing client, staff, build out of fabrication (skate park - 1st floor, shoe store + bathroom stalls - 2nd floor, performance stage - 3rd floor, cleaning, and stage management bringing the event to life!
