Role: Lead Producer

Led strategic end-to-end project management efforts including: client relations, budget, creative development, production oversight, fabrication, convention requirements and submissions, internal team management (production, technical and creative team)and vendor coordination.

Onsite buildout management, prop styling, and client management. Oversaw load in, activation and load out.

Goal: Icelandic Provisions activates at two food expos (The Natural Products Expo - East & West). I support IP by taking the traditional convention-style sampling booth to the next level, designing an environment that welcomes guests into Icelandic Provisions lifestyle and humble beginnings. We sampled skyr to Expo attendees while educating them on its nutrient packed ingredients and time-tested heritage. This is a project I have activated for years, there have been 4 different versions of this booth.
